t bar rows pyramid up to 3 45's for 8 reps
front pulldowns
seated rows wide grip
one arm rows 75lbs for sets of 10
decline barbell pullovers
hyper extension with 25lb plate


bis and tris giant set

standing barbell curl, seated cable preacher incline db curl

tris
push downs
overhead ext
reverse pressdown
bench dips to failure

abs
