wow time is just flying by but why doesn't it go by when I am doing that hour of cardio hmmm?

Monday and time to legs again hamstrings
leg ext pyramid up to 160 for 10 reps
seated curls pyramid up to 110 10 reps
vertical leg press pyramid up to 520 and did 8 reps
smith lunge 70 on each side set of 12
hanging db curl 45 47 1/2 x3
stiff legged dead lift pyramid up to 130 did two sets a this weight
db lunge off of bench 45 for 3 sets 12 reps
cable kick backs super set with ball roll ins
ab and add
calves

went back at night and did cardio
