leg today. I must have got my second wind because last night I was feeling really wiped out due to low carbs but this morning I made it through my leg workout. I did however have to take a nap at noon.
legs 7 sets of squats
super set hacks with leg press 4 sets
front squat 4 sets
leg extension 4 sets
seat leg curl
smith lunge superset with sissy squat 3 sets
inners outers
calves
butt blast
now ready for that nap
