Another day closer. Everyone has been great with their encouragement. All the girls look awesome. This may be my last post until after the show but I will try my best. I fly out Wednesday morning so lots to do between now and then.

getting my food lined out. cooked a bunch of chicken and fish put in the freezer so when I leave next Wednesday I'll throw it my checked bag. Going to make Pnb and dark choc fudge tomorrow night for after the show.

wow 10 days. I get my hair extension and nails done on Saturday. yeah long hair. I love getting all glamored up. today I did a chest workout. Last workout I felt it tweek a little so today didn't push real hard.

trying maintain my conditioning is tough but Dave says just stick with the plan so I trust him. Should be able to make weight. heavier than masters prep but more shredded. My weight will be close. did back today.

leg today. I must have got my second wind because last night I was feeling really wiped out due to low carbs but this morning I made it through my leg workout. I did however have to take a nap at noon.

filmed some video today of doing shoulders to send to dave today. Hoping it turns out the last one didn't look so great. I think we got some decent shots.
The gym is in the process of getting new equipment so it is a bit chaotic right now. just takes a little longer to find stuff.

worked out back with hubby today. felt pretty strong. detail is starting to come in.

ahhh Monday. a little tired from all the cardio and low carbs but what ever it takes to get where I need to be.
today was legs with main focus on hams. thought the legs would be tired from the long cardio session yesterday but wasn't bad. my preworkout shake gives me enough to get me through the workout.
