Jeff Matthews said… - thanks. yeah love the new powerhouse. only gym with 200 lb dumbbells. haven't been to tim's gym yet, but talked to a couple people that love it and use him for contest prep. your conditioning is amazing, the female branch warren.lol. do you use anyone? i moved down here to train for nationals then decided to take time to improve things. i have been training at lifestyles lately, not any hardcore gyms around clearwater. i may have to take the drive to tampa. thank you again.
