2 weeks to nationals

leg today. I must have got my second wind because last night I was feeling really wiped out due to low carbs but this morning I made it through my leg workout. I did however have to take a nap at noon.

legs 7 sets of squats

super set hacks with leg press 4 sets
front squat 4 sets
leg extension 4 sets
seat leg curl
smith lunge superset with sissy squat 3 sets
inners outers
calves
butt blast

now ready for that nap

2 weeks to nationals

just about two weeks to Nationals. Just trying to maintain my weight until weigh ins. Just busy working on posing, tanning cardio. Just now feeling a little weaker from the diet. tomorrow is legs we will see how that goes.

did shoulders today
db press ran the rack three sets
side lateral raises
front raises with cable
uprite rows on the smith
bentover db lateral raises
db shrugs

Doing Well

So it has been a month and I am down 11 pounds. I have been really hammering it hard. I have been doing Dave's workout and am gearing up to do his diet. I am just waiting for what I am doing to slow down.

2 1/2 weeks to show time!!!

weight is right where it needs to be at this point. I just need to hold it for a few more weeks.
Hit some chest with the hubby this morning.
flat db press 45 60 65 65
incline db press 45 50 50 50
decline db press unilateral
cablecrossovers
pec dec superset with pushups

shoulder felt a little tight hopefully it will work its way out
practiced posing and some abs

3 weeks to Nationals

Legs are tight from yesterday so doing cardio this afternoon was really hard.

Did back this morning.
close grip pull ups 25 35 45 45
t bar rows pyramid up to 3 45's for 8 reps
front pulldowns
seated rows wide grip
one arm rows 75lbs for sets of 10
decline barbell pullovers
hyper extension with 25lb plate


bis and tris giant set

standing barbell curl, seated cable preacher incline db curl

tris
push downs
overhead ext
reverse pressdown
bench dips to failure

abs
